All orders for Products are subject to availability. All Product sizing is subject to variances. Charles Wilson takes great care with reproducing the exact colour. The limitations of colour reproduction and the individual colour settings of your screen may mean a slight variation. Every care has been taken to ensure that the descriptions are accurate. However, variances may occur with any description category.

Products sold as part of a multi-buy offer are not eligible for further discounts through the use of a discount code, the better offer will take precedence and the lowest price will be charged.

Only one discount code can be used per transaction.

We reserve the right to deactivate discount codes, without notice and immediately, subject to availability of stock.

If you purchase a number of items to reach the free delivery threshold and then return some items so that your net basket value goes under the threshold, you will not be refunded your delivery charge.

Please note, we cannot accept returns on underwear & jewellery under any circumstances due to hygiene reasons. Please check your sizing carefully, and take this into consideration whilst purchasing.
